Terms & Conditions for Hybrid Coaching Programme
At Venus Golf, we are dedicated to supporting your golfing journey through our Hybrid Coaching Programme. Please review the following terms:
Programme Overview:

In-Person Sessions: One in-person session per month.

Video Submissions: Up to two (2) video uploads monthly for analysis and feedback.
Coach's Commitment:
- Tailored feedback, including drills and guidance, will be provided within 48 hours of each video submission.
Client Responsibilities:

Timely Submissions: Ensure videos are uploaded promptly; unused submissions do not carry over to subsequent months.

Technical Requirements: Maintain the necessary equipment and internet access for video uploads and receiving feedback.
In-Person Session Cancellation Policy:

Notice Requirement: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule in-person sessions.

Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events (e.g., illness, car breakdown, etc.), clients may reschedule without penalty, provided they inform the coach before the scheduled session. Rescheduling in such cases will be handled on an individual basis.
Programme Duration & Commitment:

Subscription Options: Choose from 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month programmes.

Commitment: Enrolment signifies a commitment to the full duration of the selected programme.
Fees & Payment:

Programme Fees: Fees are based on the chosen programme length and any applicable discounts.

Payment Terms: Payments are due monthly and will be automatically processed through our payment system.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Cooling-Off Period: In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, clients have the right to cancel their enrolment within 14 days without providing a reason.

Commencement of Services During Cooling-Off Period: If services begin within this period, clients acknowledge that:

Explicit Consent: They provide explicit consent for services to commence during this period.

Proportional Payment: If cancellation occurs after services have begun but before the end of the 14-day period, clients are liable to pay for the portion of services provided up to the point of cancellation.

Post Cooling-Off Period: After the 14-day period, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued. Clients are obligated to fulfil the payment terms for the entire programme duration.
Confidentiality:

Client Information: All personal information and submitted videos will be treated confidentially and used solely for coaching purposes.

Coach's Materials: Any resources provided by the coach are intended for the client's personal use and must not be shared or distributed without explicit permission.
Limitation of Liability:

While we strive to deliver high-quality coaching services, individual results may vary, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the programme.
Governing Law:
- These terms & conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
Amendments:
- We reserve the right to amend these terms & conditions with 30 days' notice. Continued participation in the programme after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
